    the challenges of consulting and did stints with companies such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield and LA County Hospital and Bosch Engineering. She was the IT Director for Planned Parenthood in Southern California before moving to Oregon where she returned to the world of high tech at Tektronix. While at Tektronix she began two mentoring programs, one with local college to provide training for minorities to enter the IT world and intern at Tektronix. Another was within the company to provide leadership mentoring for minorities to advance within the company.

    After 5 years at Tektronix, Lola once again returned to consulting with various companies in the healthcare, distribution, film, entertainment, retail, and education industries. It was during this time that she created MentoringAnalysis.com while working with Dr. Rita Boags of Leadership Technologies. They consulted with many fortune 100 companies and the software was used in their diversity and leadership mentoring programs successfully.

    Lola returned to the corporate environment and took IT Director positions at Universal Studios and Saif Corporation, which gave her the opportunity to participate as a mentee and mentor. Once again she returned to consulting at Nike, Intel and Kaiser. During this time she also developed various mentoring programs while continuing her work with Leadership Technologies. When Dr. Boags passed away, the company was incorporated into Improvement Technologies. MentoringAnalysis.com, now a sister company with Improvement Technologies, provides MATS™, the matching software system for mentoring programs.

    Lola also enjoys working in various capacities within the field of Data Analytics and continues her pursuit of improving mentoring opportunities within the corporate environment.
